It´s simple: by freeing up memory and other resources, optimizing Internet connections, reassigning CPU resources, preventing crashes, and reducing startup times in a considerable way.

You can set values to give a certain application more resources, free RAM on startup if physical memory usage exceeds a certain value, and determine your Internet connection speed.
